We care for Kids display

I made this display for work - I work at a local medical clinic.  The patchwork background and border are permanent (hopefully).  It was designed so that I can change the accent peices monthly.  The accent peices are held in place with velcro.

Here is what the board looked like when i started........

This is a photo of the border that goes along the bottom of the board --- it was created using the Cricut Expression and the "A childs year" cartridge.

This is the board set up for March - St. Patricks day.  The Shamrocks in the center are from "Celebrate with a Flourish."

The Leprachaun's are from "Paper Doll Dress Up".  I used my Cricut Imagine to color these lil guys.  Used my Cuttlebug to emboss on their jackets and hat.....

The next set up is for April.........the center is the bunny from "Celebrate with Flourish"

The little Chick wearing bunny ears and coming out of it's egg is from "3 Birds on Parade".

I hope that the patients like it when they see it!!!!

  3. Wonderful project, Shawn! I'm sure the patients will love it! I really like the colors of the patchwork background. It will be so fun to add embellishments each month. Are they laminated so they will be reusable each year?
